SLF holds basic information about you and your company such as names, addresses, job title and email addresses. All information is stored on our secure database. We collect personal information about our customers/suppliers employees in order to communicate regarding on-going business/contracts and for the purpose of conducting business with you.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary. We will hold the information for 5 years as we consider this timescale to be sufficient when considering any potential re-orders/quotations etc.
It is important that the personal information we hold about you is current and accurate. You can contact us to ascertain exactly what information we hold on you/your company and if required, you can change your preferences whenever you wish.

We never sell or lease your information to third parties but will occasionally share your personal information with third parties where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. For example, if a casting required NDT we would share the company info with our valued third-party service provider. Our employees and any third parties we engage with are aware of their obligations under GDPR.
Rest assured, we have suitable, up to date protection in place to safeguard our database and computer systems as we consider the security of your personal data to be very important to us.
This policy may be amended from time to time, but rest assured, you will be notified via email if this is the case.
